When I was about 4 years old, my mom bought me this little red and white 110 camera (it was called The Camera Bug). Amazingly, a few days after I asked if she remembered it, she found it in my parents garage! Its been sitting in my desk since, not knowing what to do with it….
I had asked my mom if she knew if she had any images that I had taken with it and then an idea popped in my head…..I decided to buy some film for it and let my (almost) 4 year old son, Jensen run around and take photos while we were in the Rockies over Mother’s Day.
Scanned by my friends at Caribou Film Lab in Toronto
They are grainy, off centred, too close and mostly blurry…and I love every single one of them ;)
I’m one proud mama
Jensen got bored so he asked me to take the last two shots ;)
he is just my favourite little human…
This is so cool!! It’s like the world from a 4 year old’s perspective. Can’t wait til my munchkin is old enough to hand a camera.
I LOVE THEM ALL! That’s SUCH A NEAT IDEA TO LET HIM TAKE THE PICTURES. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I’m HIS SIZE :)
This is awesome! it’s really neat to see the world from his perspective.
