Mommy & Me Connection Session – Roxana | Salmon Arm Photographer
First things first, you need to go to this link and follow this woman on instagram....she takes her kids on the most incredible hiking adventures and I absolutely love following along! Roxana met me in Salmon Arm on the tail end of a very long road trip with her babes. They camped the entire time and before they met up with me, they hadn't had running water in over 4 days...but look at how gorgeous they are?! I'll you one thing, I definitely would not look like that if that would have been me lol. mother’s day
Last year, my Mother's day was kind of a wash....Hudson was still recovering from his first heart surgery and Jensen was at my mom and dads in BC. Now, i'm not saying it was bad but since I didn't have both my boys with me it didn't really feel like a complete mothers day. It was however, the first time I was able to hold Hudson in 8 days. He had a breathing tube in his nose and I was too scared to hold him with it in, in fears I would move it and cause him to be uncomfortable - if you could have only seen how much this kid hated that thing then you might have an understanding why haha. Peyto Lake Adventures | Banff Family Photographer
This is probably one of the most beautiful places in Banff National Park....but holy is it ever packed with tourists (tourists that would literally stand directly in front of me and to take photos of my kids *eye roll*) This shoot was sooooo difficult to navigate but I somehow managed to uniquely position myself so hide all the tourists behind trees lol (I did include one images with a few in there so you can have an idea of what I was working with!).
